This means if a shipment gets lost or damaged we will handle your claim of lose or damage and in most instances we are able to replace your order at no cost to you. All "free shipping" items will be shipped via FedEx. * US Postal Service - Please be advised the US Priority Mail in untraceable and uninsured. Once your package is shipped we are unable to replace damaged or lost merchandise. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. If you want insurance please ship via FedEx.
