PROCESSING: Orders are processed within 1 day and shipped within 3 business days. In the event that an item is out of stock you will be contacted via email.
SHIPPING: Generally, we chose the most effective shipping option based on the product or products that you have ordered. Tracking information is generally available and will be forwarded to you once we receive it. Every reasonable effort will be made to resolve misquoted pricing of shipping however, we reserve the right to cancel any order that is incorrectly priced. In the unlikely event that an online order is placed which requires additional shipping fees, we will notify you prior to shipment and allow you to pay the additional costs or cancel your order.
Sorry at this time, we do not offer international shipping.
RETURNS: To protect the health of your birds and everyone elses we can not resell items once they leave our warehouse. Therefore, we do not accept returns. Please make your selections carefully and ask your questions before making your purchase.
That being said, if you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know and we will address your concerns on an individualized basis.
